The ISO 9001 certification shows that IXON is transparent and reliable in terms of quality management. NCI, an independent and expert certifying institution based in the Netherlands, performed a two-day audit of IXON's Management System. They concluded that IXON fully meets the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard, meaning IXON has a strong customer focus, using a process-based approach and applying continuous process improvements.
As a fast-growing company, it’s challenging to build an organisation structure and all processes from scratch. However, to realise our growth ambition, a solid business structure with reliable processes is essential. Optimising the organisation in a customer-focused way is something that needs to be in the DNA of the company. To give organisation-wide attention and uniformity to this, we used the ISO-9001 standard as a framework.
