Our support team processes about 5,000 cases annually and is committed to turning common questions directly into support articles. Thanks to a link with our ticketing system (Salesforce), these articles are shared in real-time on this website.

Stay up to date on the status of our platform. Whether it's scheduled maintenance or unexpected issues, via status.ixon.cloud you're always informed in real time. You can also sign up for updates so you receive all the information directly to your inbox.

Our roadmap is partially publicly available, so you can see what new features we are developing. From major innovations, such as new data logging protocols, to minor tweaks. Everything is tracked through ProductBoard and aligned with our product vision and user requests.
